This Privacy Policy describes how your information is handled when you use the Nowdo by Cloude (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you have a safe experience.

1. Information Collection and Use

Our App is designed with an offline-first approach. We do not require you to create an account, sign up, or provide any personal identification (such as email, phone number, or password) to use the core features of the App.

• Local Data: All plans, tasks, notes, templates, and reminders you create are stored locally on your device using an internal database. We do not have access to this data.
• User Name: You may optionally set a display name within the App settings. This name is stored only on your device and is used to personalize your experience.
• Backups: The App allows you to manually export your data as a JSON file. These files are stored on your device or in your chosen cloud storage. You are responsible for the security of these backup files.

2. Third-Party Services (Advertising)

To keep the App free, we use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use certain data to show relevant ads to you.

• Data Collected by AdMob: This may include your device's advertising ID, IP address, and information about how you interact with the ads.
• Opt-out: You can manage your ad preferences or opt-out of personalized advertising through your Android Device Settings (Google > Ads).

3. Permissions

The App may request the following permissions:

• Notifications: To send you reminders for your tasks.
• Storage/Files: To allow you to export or import your data backups.

4. Data Security

Since your data is stored locally on your device, its security depends on the security of your device itself. We recommend using device-level security (like a PIN or Fingerprint) to protect your information.

5. Children’s Privacy

Our App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Since no account is required, we do not track the age of our users.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
