By accessing ghlexpert.co or engaging GHLExpert for any GoHighLevel service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
GHLExpert is an independent GoHighLevel expert agency based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. We provide professional services including CRM setup, marketing automation, funnel development, SaaS mode configuration, API integrations, and ongoing GoHighLevel support. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially partnered with HighLevel Inc.
Our services are delivered based on agreed project scope, which includes:

Delays caused by late responses or missing information from the client's side are not the responsibility of GHLExpert.
All payments are collected securely via PayPal.
Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, except where GHLExpert fails to deliver the agreed scope. Payment disputes must be raised in writing within 7 days of delivery.
Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns all custom deliverables created for their project — including funnel pages, automation workflows, and CRM configurations.
GHLExpert retains ownership of all internal methodologies, reusable templates, and processes used to build client systems. With client consent, we may reference the project for portfolio purposes.
Both parties agree to keep all shared project information — including business processes, GHL account details, and client data — strictly confidential. GHLExpert will not disclose client information to any third party without written consent, except where required by law. This obligation survives project completion.
Our services are built on the GoHighLevel (HighLevel Inc.) platform. GHLExpert has no control over changes to GoHighLevel's features, pricing, or policies. Any platform-level changes that affect project delivery are beyond our responsibility. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own active GoHighLevel subscription and complying with GoHighLevel's own terms of service.
GHLExpert provides services on a best-effort basis. We cannot guarantee specific business outcomes such as revenue targets or lead volumes, as these depend on factors outside our control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages of any kind.
Either party may end a project engagement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed to date. GHLExpert will deliver all completed files and configurations within 7 business days of termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. For international clients, we encourage good-faith resolution before any legal action.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above will reflect any changes. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
